women's spiritual growth program
Women’s Spiritual Growth Program is designed to permit yourself quiet time and share mutual presence with God in quiet Biblical settings
around YBC.
My experience of listening to God fully as a daughter began with James 1:5-8 in 2002. The journey still continues today. This program
was designed based on my trials/errors, failures/triumphs along the way. Sisters in Christ, come join me as you learn:
The art of submerging yourself into Scripture and of listening to God.
Emphasizing that being a daughter of God means actively seeking to understand his will through prayer, studying scripture, and seeking wisdom in daily situations.
Discussing various ways to hear God's voice, such as through the Holy Spirit's prompting, the peace in your heart, or the guidance found in scripture.
Applying God's guidance and doing something about it.
Encouraging listeners to put their faith into action by making decisions and living their lives according to what they believe God is guiding them to do.
Norma Boughman, Certified Lay Servant for YBC /The Bridge
We are actively taking registrations for this May 3rd, 2025 event. It is 9am-3pm. The cost is $10.00 to cover food/supplies and due that day.

a jesus shaped life
This session, we’ll be diving into the topic of Angels—what the Bible says about them, both holy and fallen. It’ll be a 13-session study, meeting every Wednesday through May 21st (skipping Ash Wednesday).
🔹 Bring your Bible—we’ll be using it as our primary reference.
🔹 Notebook & pen are recommended for notes.
🔹 Rotating Locations—Contact Kelsey Pitts each week for the address.
Looking forward to learning and growing together!

volunteers needed
Do you have a heart for sharing God’s love with children? We’re looking for volunteers to teach Bridge Kidz and Yellow Brick Kidz on Sunday mornings! Don’t worry—we provide the curriculum, so there’s no need to create lesson plans or come up with activities on your own.
This is a great opportunity to invest in the next generation of disciples while having fun and building meaningful relationships. If you're interested in helping out, please contact Michayla Wendell, Meredith Mateer, or the church office. Your time and dedication will make a big difference!

kingdom youth
We’re back! Kingdom Youth Group kicks off the new year on Thursday, January 9, from 5:30–7:00 PM at the Yellow Brick Church. This group is for youth in grades 6–9, and we’re excited to see you there!
This isn’t just another pizza-and-games night with a quick devotion. We’re reimagining youth ministry to create a discipling culture—one that models the life of Jesus as our ultimate example. Come be a part of something deeper, meaningful, and life-changing.
Bring a friend, and we’ll see you there! ✝️
